NONELDET MS is a non-electrical initiation system with timing delay designed for surface blast applications. NONELDET EZDET has an in-hole capsule at one end and a surface delay capsule in the connection block at the other end.

In-hole detonators have a detonator strength of No.8 and a delay timing of 500ms. The surface connection detonators have a detonator strenght of No.6 and 6 different delay timing options from 9 ms to 109 ms. This feature provides a flexibility for the blast design. The precision of the delay element minimizes the deviation between the actual detonation timing and the nominal delay. The 2-layer shock tube is resistant to pulling, breaking, and friction. The capsules are mounted on the shock These processes ensure the product to be highly resistant to underground humid conditions.

The ergonomic clips feature provides a safe, easy, and quick connection with the detonating cord and improves operational efficiency.

Application

NONELDET EZDET is used as a combined surface connection detonator and in-hole detonators in all surface applications like metal and coal open pit blasting operations, excavation, industrial raw material and stone pits, infrastructure construction projects, etc.
