DIGISHOT Plus 4G is a new generation in hole electronic detonator. It is fired via the Commander initiation system.

Efficiency

DIGISHOT Plus 4G detonator has a detonator strength of No.12 and detonates stronger than conventionally used detonators. The advantage of electronic detonators over other types of detonators is that there is no deviation between the assigned nominal delay and the actual detonation timing. This feature creates an opportunity for fragmentation and drilling optimization, reduction of contamination, and reduction of over waste.

Flexibility

DIGISHOT Plus 4G detonators can be programmed from the blast equipment or handheld terminal in 1ms increments between 0 and 20.000ms. This feature can provide design flexibility according to rock types and blast parameters.

DIGISHOT Plus 4G has 15 times larger memory than the previous generation. It provides the system to operate more safely and consistently with the capacity of retaining more information. In addition, this feature makes it possible to program detonators 7 times faster.

Safety

In general, electronic detonators are specially designed to withstand electrostatic discharge and currents caused by voltage triggers. In addition, DIGISHOT Plus 4G can only be fired with the smart key application and the coded signal series protected by a password. This structure provides a high level of blast safety and eliminates the possibility of an unplanned explosion.

User Friendly

DIGISHOT Plus 4G has transparent plastic connector at the cable end that can be easily opened and closed with one hand. The transparent nature of this connector which is locked on the harness wire, allows the harness wire to be visually inspected. This way the user can better confirm that the correct connection has been made. There is a waterproof transparent gel pad inside the connector that limits water and moisture ingress during use.
