NITROMAK was established in 1988 as
a J/V company by the MKEK, TEKFEN GROUP, ALTAY GROUP
and NITRO NOBEL AB/SWEDEN. Nitromak is the first producer
of Emulsion type explosives in Turkey, which are called
as the third generation explosives.
NITROMAK is producing explosives in
its Artvin/Murgul and Manisa/Soma Plants. Nitromak
supplies explosives from its magazines which are located
all over Turkey.

NITROMAK is producing
ANFO and EMULSION type
of explosives in its modern plants and supplies them to its
customers.
NITROMAK supplies CE
certificated products, which are
produced in accordance with the quality standards TS EN ISO-9001
and ICG OHSAS TS18001.
Furthermore NITROMAK has a fleet of specially
designed Bulk Charging Equipment which can mix explosives
and charge directly into the drill holes. NITROMAK is the
first in Turkey practicing this service.
